Our highly rated First Aid Courses include Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and First Aid at Work (FAW), designed for a wide range of industries and workplaces.

Led by our senior instructor—a former Combat Medical Technician in the Royal Army Medical Corps with nine years of frontline service—our team brings real-world, hands-on experience to every session. Fully FREC3 and FREC4 qualified, our instructor has trained Police and security forces in high-risk areas like Iraq, Kurdistan, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, and Africa. We also run Pediatric First Aid Courses and CPR/AED training, ensuring you’re equipped with the confidence and skills to act when it matters most.

All UK courses are certified by Ofqual, NUCO Training Ltd, and Highfields, maintaining national compliance and exceptional training standards.
